If you are:
willing to work hard and stay committed;
willing to put in effort outside of our training sessions (with my support);
and are of any age or ability;
Then the answer is YES.
In my personal training sessions, we will work together to achieve the fundamentals of fitness. After I have completed a range of preliminary assessments of your strength and mobility, we will work through a training plan that will be fun, varied and effective in ensuring you achieve your desired physique.
