LOFT FIT IS A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT. 

If your goal is a strong, sculpted body, then this is the class for you!

Ditch the machines and work on every muscle through push-up and pull-up  progressions, various core and leg exercises and hanging drills, finishing off with a cardio blast.

This 45-minute class is for all abilities and uses various pieces of functional equipment to aid your progression. 

The class sizes are small too for better coaching quality and better results!

Class times are as follows:

Mondays at 6am and 7pm;

Wednesdays at 6am, 7am and 7pm; 

Fridays at 7am;

Saturdays at 7am.

LoftPUNCH

Loft PUNCH is a fun, challenging boxing conditioning class. 

 

Not your traditional class, Loft PUNCH involves a mix up of various boxing techniques and drills to create a challenging, sweat inducing class suitable for all abilities. 

 

We use pads, speed bags, heavy bags, aqua bags, skipping ropes, agility ladders and more for the best class in town!

 

Best of all, Loft PUNCH is a form of non-contact boxing which means you can reap the fitness benefits of boxing without getting hit! 

This class is 45 minutes of non-stop boxing fun!

Tuesdays at 7pm

Wednesdays at 6pm; 

Thursdays at 7pm;

Fridays at 6pm.

Should you train with me?

If you are:

  • willing to work hard and stay committed;

  • willing to put in effort outside of our training sessions (with my support);

  • and are of any age or ability;

Then the answer is YES.

 

In my personal training sessions, we will work together to achieve the fundamentals of fitness. After I have completed a range of preliminary assessments of your strength and mobility, we will work through a training plan that will be fun, varied and effective in ensuring you achieve your desired physique.
