This class is a full-body workout that will focus on building up your strength and sculpt your whole body.
Strength training burns tonnes of calories in a single session; more than most cardio workouts!
LoftStrength&Sculpt will include a full range of exercises consisting of core work, strength work, toning exercises and cardio to finish off.
Each workout is 45 minutes long and is limited to a maximum of 8 people per class for better coaching quality and better results!
