LOFT PUNCH IS A FUN, CHALLENGING BOXING CONDITIONING CLASS.

Not your traditional class, Loft PUNCH involves a mix up of various boxing techniques and drills to create a hardcore, sweat-inducing workout suitable for all abilities.

We use pads, various pieces of equipment including speed and aqua bags, skipping ropes, agility ladders and more for the best class in town!
